If you go to the Huddle House at any time after 1AM, do not expect them to give you any sort of good service. It took them 20 minutes to get around to taking my order (drinks and food), another 20 to get it to me and my friend, they got the order wrong, and never brought us our drinks. So, after eating what they had served us, and walking out 50 minutes after we walked in, I made a solemn vow to never go in there, unless one of the TSM guys I know is up and working there.
